Diana is a CALT (Certified Academic Language Therapist), a Certified Dyslexia Evaluator, a Certified Barton Reading & Spelling System Instructor, and Orton-Gillingham trained in a variety of programs and methodologies. Diana has been involved in reading and dyslexia education since 2004 when she began working in a variety of roles and over the years before opening Lexicon in 2013. She then joined forces with sister Meredith Henson in 2016 to add speech-language services. Together, Diana and Meredith have taken their continuing education to new levels and created a proprietary method of integrating dyslexia tutoring and speech/language therapy to achieve maximum results.

Meredith is a Speech-Language Pathologist trained in a variety of specialized programs, although she has extensive training in speech sound disorders and language and literacy development, specifically dyslexia. She graduated with her Masters in Communication Disorders from University of Arkansas, and has since dedicated the majority of her continued education and professional development to the language and literacy field.
